Tim is a NDEA L4 OCDEA, DEA, completed courses in level 1 Thermography and level 4 TM44 air conditioning assessments. The company provide a nationwide service with a network of surveyors.<\/p>\n
They have worked with some large blue chip companies over the last couple of years helping them lower their emissions and improve there properties. As well as proving EPCs to meet current legislation.<\/p>\n
The Thermal imaging surveys are proving to be very useful in locating a large range of building defects as well as the energy efficiency uses.
\nTim has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years prior to forming Cotswold Energy in 2007.<\/p>\n
He ran a construction company, with 18 employees carrying out both new build and commercial work which he started from scratch in 1990
\nIn 1994 his company was involved in building one of the first ever eco houses in Bristol; a pilot project with the local council. Tim\u2019s interest in energy conservation stems back to then.<\/p>\n
In 2006 Tim sold the building business and opened a nursery school which is now run by his wife.\u00a0Married with 2 teenage children he lives in Cheltenham where he enjoys golf, fishing in his spare time.<\/p>\n
